Refund Policy

To be eligible for a full refund:

A refund request must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us by email sniffsandsnuggles@outlook.com to request a refund.

Items must be in the same condition as you received them with the tags still attached and unworn.

​

Shipping returns is at the consumers expense unless a return of damaged / faulty item request has been processed. 

​

We are not responsible for items sent to us by courier . Make sure you place a courier tracking ticket on the returned package. 

​

Refunds will only be given once the item has been received and inspected by us.

You will receive a confirmation email once a refund has been processed.

Faulty /damaged items 

Please contact and notify us within 72 hours of receiving your faulty/damaged goods to request a refund.
